She came out and met with us at steves desk " our salesman that patti set us up with" She came out and met with me and my entire family with open arms, she interacted with my boys and made them feel like it was ok to be there. Our deaalings with Stephen Donaldson were just Awsome he went out of his way to make us feel like family. Stephen made us feel at home and he also interacted with my 3 boys. This was not like a normal car buying experience it was more like just going to a friends house and hanging out, it was a realy great experience. Words cant even discribe the attention an d time that was spent with us by Stephen. He made sure that we understood every detail in the Van prior to us leaving with it. I will definatly go and see them for my next purchace. Infact when I go there for service I will make it a point to go and pay them a visit. Changed our minds twice on the vehicle we wanted, had a Liberty fully prepped for us and ready to go before moving up to the better ride. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and made us feel comfortable with whatever decision we made, including walking away. Mamdouh was particularly pleasant to work with.
