Once we agreed, I spoke to Eder and sent him the info he needed. Next day I arrived, truck was prepped and washed and out front. I kind of surprised them with a last minute decision to trade in a car and it was no problem and I got a fair value. I got to see and approve everything on the truck and met with Kevin. All paperwork was done and ready for signing. The entire process, including all emails, texts, phone calls and in dealership time was under 2 hours. absolutely extraordinary.
