Basic tire rotation on wheels purchased there. Purchased a set of tires for my 2018 Pacifica and got a really good deal! Took them in for a free rotation and the service was quick and done well. Of course the next day I ran over something and got a leak but an appointment was made quickly and the tire was patched and rebalanced. Good Job !! Also note I carry a puncture repair kit which for me was easier then putting on the spair. The only issue I had is the waiting room alway has the home repair show on. My Cherokee had the feature that unlocked the car when the fob is close. I assumed this was standard, This car does not have that feature so the car must be unlocked, fob in hand, which may be a little inconvenient. Overall experience was excellent! More
