Whenever I think of the word dealership, I'm always filled with deep anxiety as in the past I haven't had good experiences. In the beginning, I thought I was going to settle for a midsized truck as I thought a full sized would be too intimidating but after trying out a couple I settled on my black 1500 crew cab who we affectionately call Fahari. And she is just as her name means in Kiswahili :magnificent. I also appreciated how Mr. Rob Kukla earnestly cared for our experience throughout the whole process. Mr. Walter Bormann made the financial part of the transaction comfortable, he never once tired from answering whatever questions I had. All three gentlemen went out of their way to make us feel at ease. Most importantly I never once felt pushed into anything and felt genuinely supported.
