My Hummer H3 blew its transmission so I had it towed to Ciocca GMC eventhough I live in Pennsy near Frenchtown. I felt like She was only assiged to my Vehicle because fo the constant follow-ups and care. After 16 days (One part was delayed, the actual transmission) I picked up My Hummer H3. It was washed and ready to go. When I went to pay I realzied that Roxannne had so many other customers to assist. I dont know how she does it, provides such personal care to so many but I am glad she does. Ill be bringing my Vehicle back for sure! Thank you Roxanne and all the mechanics who worked on my Baby to get her running again! PS I have a gas Hummer but this review didnt give me that option, just an EV model. More

Besides getting an appointment the next day, the computers were down from a blackout from the day before. I still got in and out of the service department quickly. Duncan was concerned about the vehicle's problem, and I believe it has been resolved. Duncan and the service department overall handled the day's emergency well and was still able to take care of that day's service appointments in a timely manner. Thank you, Duncan. We had a wonderful experience with Ciocca, especially with Chris Gansfuss! He made us very comfortable & didn't hard sell us. When we made our decision & came back a few days later, Chris was with anothe with Chris Gansfuss! He made us very comfortable & didn't hard sell us. When we made our decision & came back a few days later, Chris was with another customer, but Tom was able to take our deposit for the vehicle coming in that we chose. Tom & Chris worked very well together & the transaction was easy & took very little time. When the vehicle came in, Chris set everything up & Pablo took care of all of the paperwork for the lease. In the past, buying a car took hours & days and LOTS of xx and games. This entire experience with Chris & his associates at Ciocca was a PLEASURE. How often do you hear that when buying/leasing a car? NEVER! Thank you, Chris & CIOCCA & when it's time for my 2023 Traverse's 1st service, I look forward to writing a sparkling review of their service department, too. More
