A couple of weeks ago while we were visiting our son in New Jersey our 13 year old Suburban's transmission died forcing us to make a quick decision regarding the purchase of a new car. We had previously purchased 2 vehicles from Flemington Chevrolet Buick GMC and were happy with our experience there years ago. Once again we headed there to hopefully purchase a car. Eleni Chatzidaki was our sales person. She was very friendly, helpful, answered any of our questions, was NOT pushy or pressuring in any way. A trait that is a MUST for us while contemplating such an important purchase. She was efficient, organized and followed through to completion the sale and beyond. We live in Massachusetts and the licensing process from one state to another was complicated. Eleni along with Flemington Chevrolet Buick GMC did whatever was necessary to complete this process. We would also like to thank Eric Henderson who helped us with the financing part of our purchase. He worked many different loan options and offered us the very best rate possible. Based on a phone call to Rob I was able to secure a deal that was satisfactory to me, and upon coming in to the dealership to do the paperwork Tom took great care of me. Tom Billington helped us find the right car, given our needs and price range. When the first car we saw didn't work out, he was able to find an even better one, and was able to hold it for us until we we needs and price range. Most impressive was Robert Slack, Sales Manager, who is the warmest & most sincere manager we have ever dealt with (and we have purchased many autos over the years). No games...just a great deal and a wonderful attitude of happiness for our purchase. Instead of that annoying aire of superiority that many managers exhibit, Mr Slack mingled with a smile and genuine interest in his staff and all customers. What a great atmosphere of happy workers!
