We came to Flemington GMC to look at a used Jeep listed online. The day we came the showroom was vey busy. It was one of those days when everyone shows up at once. He set up the the test drive and worked with us with the paperwork. Since it was a Saturday, we had to return Monday to complete. Tom Billington met with us Monday. He had all the paperwork ready and had to deal with an insurance company that was not easy to deal with. Brenda got all our financial work completed and we were on our way. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and when the general manager takes time to help you that shows a dealership that truly cares about customer service.
