Prior to purchasing my vehicle, I had shopped around at various dealerships and another Buick dealer. I was quickly turned off by the cut-throat competitiveness and hard sell of many of the salesmen. The Flemington folks were all friendly and very accommodating. Tom was very thorough in explaining every car option, feature and nuance to us. Eric Henderson was also a pleasure to deal with. He found us a great interest rate and was a pleasure to deal with. At one point I also dealt with the interent sales folks, Noha Amin and Jeff Conrad. They too were very professional and friendly. Much to my surprise Joe and his colleges were generous, helpful and catered to the needs of both my wife Krista and myself. The hospitality encountered at this dealership was above and beyond anything I could have asked for when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. They answered every question we had and respectfully gave us plenty of time to think about the purchase. Upon completing the paper work a few days later at our convenience, we were delighted to see how well they detailed the truck and were astonished to be giving three free oil changes. To add icing on the cake upon a thorough walk through of how everything worked in our new 2012 GMC Sierra we were giving a parting gift from Joe with a hand written note thanking me for my service in the USMC and made this purchase that much more personal and meaningful. Ed was able to locate a specific 2012 Performance SRX for us and had it ready for our pick-up in excellent representatives for Flemington Cadillac! Ed was able to locate a specific 2012 Performance SRX for us and had it ready for our pick-up in 2 days. He even was able to swap out a broken piece of plastic on the driver's seat in time for the delivery rather than have us come back when the ordered part would be available. Robin stayed well past his normal hours to make sure we understood every operating aspect on the SRX. Earl also did a fantastic job detailing our SRX.
