Brought my car in at 10am for what was told to me as a common problem and would only take a few hours for the car to be done. Didn’t hear back until 4:45pm that the problem was not fixed and that it had t common problem and would only take a few hours for the car to be done. The car sat there all day and was not worked and never received a single update until 15 minutes before closing. A complete slap in the face and a total waste of my time. More

Diesel emissions are a nightmare and are noted. for being a pain in the butt. I had the dreaded exhaust fluid quality poor and the progressive reduction of max speed which leaves with hardly any tim for being a pain in the butt. I had the dreaded exhaust fluid quality poor and the progressive reduction of max speed which leaves with hardly any time to figure it out (175 miles till 5 mph top speed) Brianna was good at keeping me from being a putz because I wanted to be one. After a little problem with my first visit I believe they got it right the second time which from everything I’ve learned about theses xxxx DEF systems is par for the course. It’s only part of a truck right now.that throws no codes yet leaves your vehicle worthles. I got what I expected from a dealership and I’m ok with how they tried to get my vehicle back to me ASAP. I called the dealership where I bought the vehicle, which was Reedman and they couldn’t even look at it for 10 days. These guys were on it in 3 so that part I did like More
