We were extremely pleased with our sales experience. My wife was concerned that because of the size of the Buick Encore she wouldn't be able to put it in our garage (it's very small due to a lot of woodwor wife was concerned that because of the size of the Buick Encore she wouldn't be able to put it in our garage (it's very small due to a lot of woodworking equipment that is housed there). Rob Slack allowed us to take the Encore to our home and see if my wife could indeed put it in the garage. Praise the Lord, she was able to do this with no problem. Brett Manion, who sold us another car in 2009 was our salesman again this time. He went above and beyond to locate a blue encore at another dealer and had it brought to Flemington so that we could see if this was the color that we wanted. After seeing the blue one we decided it was a little too bright for us. We then went looking for another color and decided on a Cocoa Silver one. All of the financial figures were presented to us and we decided to purchase the Cocoa Silver vehicle. Brett did a great job for us and we appreciated all of his efforts. We then met with Brenda Royer and discussed our financial concerns. We told her what we wanted to pay a month and she did a super job of getting our payments a little below what we wanted them to be. We were not pressured which was very important to us and we felt like we made a very good deal. Both employees of Flemington Buick, Chevrolet,Gmc and Cadillac dealer were friendly, caring and willing to help two seniors understand the whole process. I was able to test drive the car and took it home to show my family. They were equally impressed with everything. A few weeks earlier I had service done on my old car and Mike spoke about what good deals Buick was offering on a new car.
