Wiseman took time with us to explain the leasing program for the Buick Enclave and then took us for a test drive. Wiseman went over and above in working with me to close the deal. He was available the next day as promised to discuss my trade-in. Wiseman is proactive and scheduled my first service. When I picked up the car, he took time to explain the vehicle and it's operation. I also received a thank you email from Wiseman. I enjoyed the experience and would lease / buy another car from Wiseman. On a separate note, the finance associate, Eric, took too long to prepare the paper work and it was not correct; it did not include my trade-in. More

When I read my review, I realized my error in not rating Customer Service & Quality of work. It has nothing to do with the fact I did not deal with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Joe and Brenda deserved top mark Customer Service & Quality of work. It has nothing to do with the fact I did not deal with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Joe and Brenda deserved top marks for the work they did. The rest of my review remains the same. The purpose of my association with this dealership was to buy a new car. There was no inter-action with any SERVICE employees at this time. There was a price provided for my trade-in that was fair but, as always, was hoping to be a bit higher. Joe Himelfarb took on the challenge to help me and my wife select a new vehicle. We wanted to test drive an Acadia to see how it compared to the others previously tested. I was in no hurry to buy and was pretty much set on a Tahoe. Joe discussed our situation and, over time, carved out our needs vs our wants. He facilitated the test drives and did not limit tests to any model of brand. He took the time to demonstrate the features of the vehicle comparing them to the other types. Over time, we were narrowing down the variables to the basic vehicle we were selecting. So we ended up actually buying a 2013 Acadia already built but located in another dealership instead of ordering a new 2014. Joe worked with the details and took our comments seriously to the point that I had to be careful not to say things that were not critical because they became an item on the list. For example, I said I would like to save a few dollars if we could delete the Sirius XM and On-Star Services. That is, of course, not possible with already built inventory. Only with new orders. But Joe was trying to find a car without those items. Joe really tries to please his customer. Our interaction at this dealer was with Joe Himelfarb and Brenda Royer. They were excellent representatives of the dealership and of the GM Corporation. One thing deserves noting, I was looking for a new car for two years - since June of 2011 at various dealerships including this one. Finally, Joe was able to make me pull the trigger and decide to buy. And yes, I am pleased with my new Acadia Denali. It replaces my 2001 S-10 Chevy Pick-up Truck which was a great and beautiful truck. It worked hard with me for 12 years and was still running good when I said good-by. The Acadia, however, is already proving it's worth with its cargo and people handling capability and seems to be a worthy replacement. More

When Jon's previous customer went overtime, he asked another sales consultant to help (Jonathan C) and he too was very helpful. The final decision was based on the competitive price I received from manager Rob S. and the overall friendly treatment and most of all NO HIGH PRESSURE tactics. I purchased a 2013 Acadia from Jeff Conrad on June 26th. I live in Broomall which is ~45 miles away. I test drove the Acadia locally and really loved it. However, the local dealership didn't have my color in either the exterior or interior. So I found the car I wanted at your dealership and contacted Flemington. The rep I worked with was Jeff Conrad. I wanted to purchase the car on Friday June 21st. I called around 11:30AM and asked him if it would be possible for me to drive up and purchase it, however I wanted a call back since it was a lengthy drive. He never responded until 3:30PM at which point it was too late to purchase the car. Therefore, we arranged for the car to be delivered to me on Wednesday June 26th. The car was delivered, however, a complimentary service of 3 tire rotations and oil changes was provided. However, they are provided at Flemington which is 45 minutes away and will never be used due to the distance. As I was signing the papers, I asked him how this could be rectified. Could monetary compensation be provided or the service be extended to a local dealership so I can enjoy the complimentary service? I felt uncomfortable with signing the papers as once they were signed there would be no legal action I could take, but I acted in good faith on Jeff's word.. He assured me that I would be contacted about this issue and that he'd "do right by me". I haven't heard from him since. I will be contacting GMC and proving the same review for both Jeff and Flemington's dealership. More
