I have to say that we are not the easiest people when it comes to buying anything let alone a car and Jon Ramberg did an excellent job explaining and carrying out the process. I hadn't been shopping for a vehicle since February 2007, when I bought the 2005 Chevy Impala that I ultimately ended up trading-in for the 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo (T02) from Flemington Chevy-Cadillac-Buick-GMC. So, believe me, purchasing cars is not something I do very often at all. I didn't really know what to expect from the whole process; if anything, I naturally assumed it would be an unpleasant awkward interaction (as it is at most dealerships), but the team at Flemington Buick made the entire experience as enjoyable as I suspect such a thing can be. I could say many more positive things about the customer service, fair trade-in price, lack of hard-core pressure tactics, patience with my nearly endless detailed questions, and other things. But I think the bottom line is this: the folks at Flemington Buick take pride in their work and are wholly different from the vast majority of new or used car dealerships in the country. I believe that they are setting the example of how a car dealership, or indeed any business, should conduct itself. The experience you'll have there is the way that buying a new or used vehicle should be, but rarely, if ever, is at most other typical dealerships. More

We made an appointment with Art Cole, who was referred by other family members. The process was laid back and a breeze from start to finish. My husband and I were in need of a new car shortly after our wedding when our get away car had died three days before our wedding. Art Cole worked with us and explained to us both why this was not a good idea and explained why we'd also want a warranty on our car which was probably one of the best things we could have done. He showed us a great car within our new price range which we ended up buying. When I had brought my parents back to see the car, he explained that it was in the shop as there were a few minor problems that they had found with it which they wanted to make sure were fixed. I had the car Saturday morning which was great and just in time for our honeymoon. When he realized that my car did not have the owner's manual, he immediately ordered it for me and I had it within a week! Art was great. He gave us time to talk without hovering, he had great ideas on what to suggest for a young couple just starting out, and most of all, he was honest with us. Brenda also was a big help. She got all of our paperwork together and even joked with my husband and Art, putting us at ease as everything went through. Great experience overall. Next time we need a car, we'll be coming back to them. More
