I was searching for a new Cadillac ATS and met with Jonathan Case who took me out for a test drive. After explaining that I was looking at a few vehicles, I said I'd return and/or follow-up with him. When I contacted Jonathan via email, he said to come back in on Saturday but, when I tried to schedule a time with him, he never responded. I later emailed him and said was going to get a vehicle at another dealership due to price and he told me that their dealership could find a similar vehicle through a dealer swap. Jonathan never got back to me and I wound up losing the deal at the other dealership. Overall Jonathan is a nice guy but is terrible when it comes to following up with potential customers. I wound up buying an ATS at another dealership and would not recommend buying a vehicle from Jonathan Case. It's truly a shame since I, and my family, have been buying/leasing/servicing our vehicles at Flemington Car and Truck Country for years. More

Knowledgable, low pressure, highly professional, friendly, and great to deal with. They are currently operating out of temporary quarters while a new building is being constructed across the highway.
