Two years ago I purchased a GMC truck and had problems with it. I had it in for service twice and still had problems. I asked to see the manager Jeff Parker and told him the problems. He said if I was not happy with the truck he would give me my money back less the mileage to purchase anything on his lots. I couldn't find anything I wanted so I went back Jeff. I told him I really liked the truck and asked him if he thought it could be fixed. He said to give him a shot at fixing it. Two days later I picked up my truck and haven't had a problem since.
