I have purchased/leased two cars from this dealership and my family has purchased others as well. Our salesman is top notch and the best salesman I have ever worked with. Unfortunately the service depart my family has purchased others as well. Our salesman is top notch and the best salesman I have ever worked with. Unfortunately the service department has let us down. We are dealing with a repetitive issue with the computer. My issue isn’t that they can’t figure out what’s wrong, but rather they do not communicate. I’ve left message after message with the service department and even with a GM but they continue to ghost me. I can’t help but think that they are hiding something. Brianna Shimko is the best in your service department. I had a service appointment on 9/17/24 to flush and change my transmission fluid, due to a recurring issue with TCC Shudder. When I arrived for my 8a I had a service appointment on 9/17/24 to flush and change my transmission fluid, due to a recurring issue with TCC Shudder. When I arrived for my 8am appointment, I was greeted by Brianna Shimko and got signed in. The service was completed rather quickly, less than an hour and when I went to pay for service, there was a discrepancy with the pricing that I had been quoted when making the initial appointment. It appears that the price I was quoted was incorrect, even though it had been entered in the system. Brianna was very patient and understanding with my issue. She was determined to make it right and honor the price that I was quoted. After 15 or 20 minutes, and several conversations with management and others, I was all set to go with the agreed upon price for the service. Kudos to Brianna for her patience, determination and consistently pleasant demeanor. Brianna has made this the best service experience I've had there in the past 7 years. Great Customer Service means a great deal to me and my patronage at an establishment. Keep up the great work Brianna. More
