We took our vehicle in to be serviced after the check engine light came on. The service specialist sent us a detailed video reviewing what he had found. The level of transparency was fantastic. Asked for a tire rotation have wheel locks told the tech they were in the back he said he could not find it ! We got there he broke the handle and they were right there ! The dealership is close to my location. Notified the day before for the service goal. I haven't had any problems with a service call. I swore I would never deal with the dealership as I visited the showroom 3 times looking for a new GMC. Not in one of those times was I acknowledged with even a nod of a head. Roxanne in Service saved visited the showroom 3 times looking for a new GMC. Not in one of those times was I acknowledged with even a nod of a head. Roxanne in Service saved you in my eyes. She’s a hard worker, pleasant, knows what she’s talking about and remembers her customers. Hopefully with a new name and owner(?) the showroom will be more attentive. AND when I complained about the lack of attention in a survey they had a “trainee” call me!! Shame on them. More
