Asked for a tire rotation have wheel locks told the tech they were in the back he said he could not find it ! We got there he broke the handle and they were right there ! I swore I would never deal with the dealership as I visited the showroom 3 times looking for a new GMC. Not in one of those times was I acknowledged with even a nod of a head. She’s a hard worker, pleasant, knows what she’s talking about and remembers her customers. Hopefully with a new name and owner(?) the showroom will be more attentive.
