Usually for the past several years, service has been great. But the last service a few months ago, I had to wait twenty five minutes for my vehicle to be brought up after I was informed it was ready and great. But the last service a few months ago, I had to wait twenty five minutes for my vehicle to be brought up after I was informed it was ready and had already paid. The customer service rep checked on it twice but was unable to determine the reason for the delay. Currently, I scheduled a routine service and tire rotation. It was a waiting appointment scheduled for Saturday. I was contacted two days prior stating that the appointment had to be rescheduled due to an error on behalf of the scheduling person. I was informed that in one system the appointment was fine but in an another system the appointment was not entered. This now caused an inconvenience for me. I ultimately rescheduled and asked for a rental vehicle for one day since I now had to drop my vehicle off one day prior to the new scheduled appointment. I was told that a rental vehicle is not offered for a routine service. I am simply disappointed and hope that future appointments go more smoothly. More

Frankie Yang in service was outstanding, he would have gotten 5 stars. However scheduling was a pain in the butt and shouldn’t have required 3 phone calls for a simple recall.
