First, we are so sorry for the delays you experienced in getting service completed on your vehicle, as it was not our intent, nor was it to make feel in anyway uncomfortable working with our team. As I explained, you did own a Chevy but you bought it at a Chrysler dealership (with a Chrysler warranty) and the VIN associated with the warranty had been mistyped into our GM system which, in turn, was coming up as "invalid". We are glad we found the issue and were able to take care of the problem. Anthony Russo, Service Manager.

I am the one who sat on the phone with you for 30 minutes on a Saturday, with you arguing that I had a GMC accadia and I had to get my bill of sale with all information for you. I and the absolutely wonderful women at flemington Chrysler saw all the information in the system that you tried correcting me multiple times, and tell me I was wrong. You were looking at the wrong vehicle. Thank you I will not return. Especially after the conversation with your manager. He was exactly the way I expected from your service department. I will never step foot in your building again
