I have a 2020 Chevrolet 1500. It has 30000 miles on it in one year. You ask me if I need my car back. Look at the mileage yes I use my car I do not have another car to drive. The 1st time your computer kept asking me if I was going to show up for the appointment I kept saying yes I show up for the appointment and you do not have the parts and you say we forgot to call you. The 2nd time was for a check engine light and service needed to be done I set up the appointment I show appointment I show up for the appointment and you say well we don't have anybody here to work on your truck do you need your truck back. I told you yes I do. You said we will try and get somebody on it. That was Tuesday Friday you said we've got somebody to work on it. I understand you do not have rental cars or loner cars I do not have any either I had to make arrangements to get a car I had to make arrangements to have somebody pick me up and drop me off. Also I was disappointed in your pricing. Last time I was in for service I had you change my fuel filter. I have done this myself it's A OEM $20 part. It takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to change it. You charged me a $165. I guess I will be doing the service myself from now on. Thank you very much and have a great day More
