I am like many people; I am not fond of visiting car dealerships. I was looking for a good used car for my son and spent over a month doing my research and calling around. Most salesmen at dealerships I dealerships. I was looking for a good used car for my son and spent over a month doing my research and calling around. Most salesmen at dealerships I spoke with were friendly and professional. However, some dealerships don't want to tell you their fee over the phone, others charge all kind of fees under the sun, others want you to refinance with them in order to get the price advertised, others advertise a misleading price (ie, price after financing with and putting down 20%), etc, etc the list is long. Finally, after several weeks of looking for the right car at the right price in the right dealership, I found 2 and decided to make the move. I called Flemington "Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac" first. The person I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions including giving me the fee charged and total out the door price. I knew already the car was priced reasonably based on my month-long research. I was very please to hear their low fee (less than $500). No other fees were added besides DMV fees and taxes. Right away I went to dealership. The first step you take inside this dealership already puts you at an amazing ease. The place is very open, very quiet and everyone is working at their desk or with a client. I was greeted by the manager who asked Ryan Bower to help me. Ryan was friendly, polite and calm (I really don't like aggressive and big talkers salesmen so I was very happy to be given Ryan!). It was such pleasant experience already! Ryan gave me all the details about the car, he printed a carfax report for me and asked me if I wanted to test drive the car. The car was just beautiful. The dealership advertised and descried the car way more conservatively than what the car was. So again a super pleasant experience to see the excellent status of the car. In addition to Ryan Bower, I had a very good experience interacting with other folks at this dealership: Rob Kukla and David Hoffman. I really really liked the fact folks at this dealership were honest (not playing any salesman game on you), the information that was advertised was the info I was given on the phone which was also the info presented to me at he dealership. There was no unpleasant surprise whatsoever. Only pleasant experience on all fronts as mentioned above. I highly recommend you prioritize this place if they have the car you are looking for.
