I was upset a lot of the time, and they went out of their way to reassure me that my car would be 'made whole', once they worked out the "kinks" due to State Farm's ridiculous policies and procedures! These unnecessarily slowed up the process longer than anyone would've imagined! However, in the end, the body work was 5-Star!!! Your entire C. Patterson 'team' did an outstanding job! Kudos to all of them! I was completely satisfied!!! One very important note about Lisa! She is a dynamic and outstanding Office manager! Having worked in many offices, prior to my Retirement, I felt as though I was in the best of hands! She shared everything I needed to know to better understand why the process seemed to take forever! It made a huge difference to me that she could explain and clarify what was going on at every 'stage of the game'! That made it easier for me to let go of some of the anxiety I was feeling. At times, she literally took my hand and kindly reassured me, so that I could trust all would turn out well! And it did! She made a huge difference in helping me through this entire grueling process!
