I was happy to see he was still working at Patterson's when I came in a few weeks ago to look around for a Tacoma truck. Told Robbie that I wanted a Tacoma PRO, after talking with him, decided that a TRD Off Road would be easier to find and modify with the stuff I wanted. They found a TRD offroad in 1 of the 2 colors that I wanted. Robbie is helping me with getting the modifications that I wanted. I enjoyed the paperwork session with Eric, good personality, friendly. I have bought several vehicles from Patterson's before, will be back. More

Fast and friendly Great service, great price. Received feedback quickly and there was no back and forth on price. Clearly communicated the options and was in and out. Great service, great price. Multi-Point Inspection Shaun was very helpful and friendly. We had no waiting time and had made an appointment ahead of time. We understood the results of the inspection. Dishonesty and invasiohn of privacy! I took our 2009 Rav4 in for 90,000 mile service. The next day after we picked up the vehicle I noticed the r-rear wheel-cover missing. So I called t I took our 2009 Rav4 in for 90,000 mile service. The next day after we picked up the vehicle I noticed the r-rear wheel-cover missing. So I called the Service Writer that handled our paperwork and asked if he would check with the technician(s) that rotated the tires to see if it was there in that department. Without hesitation he ignored my request and immediately said that he would arrange for a complete new set for me, and I told him all I wanted was one wheel-cover. After his continuing insistence I finally agreed when he said I could pick them up in 3 days and he would call me. Well, after numerous contacts with the Service Writer and 3 weeks passing, I knew that I was getting a real "run-around" and stopped calling. In the meantime my wife informed me that when she picked up her Rav4 the radio had been turned on, her favorite radio station changed, the tone changed to all base and the volume turned up (invasion of privacy?). The last thing that ticked me off was instead of replacing the engine coolant as a 90k service recommends, they merely poured in a can of "coolant conditioner" and charged me $34.95. I checked and found coolant conditioners typically retails for 7 or $8. We have lived in Chico since 1979; raised a family and now have grand kids and g-grand kids, and don't you know that Chuck Patterson Toyota will be a prime discussion topic when we all get together. Never again will we buy vehicles or services from that "clip-joint" outfit. More

We have a three week infant and a two year old and it is bad for them to be in a car with this heat even with the windows down (they don’t really make too much of a difference). Not to mention our current vehicle is unreliable and could break down and that really would not be ok when we have our kids. We were referred to them and after some research they seemed like the best option. We initially dealt with Eddie Dominguez and a salesman named Eric. They were unbelievably nice and went out of their way to go above and beyond for us and did so much to make us feel comfortable, get what we wanted, trying to be fair and put in the extra work to make it happen. The problem was in the end nothing was good enough, the dealership kept push our approval back for whatever reason you name it, not good enough credit (even though we were above what they stated we needed), more proof of income, more identification, a cosigner, another cosigner, more money down, etc. We were there for three hours the first day with our two kids wasting our time but still optimistic and provided everything they asked for, including a promise of a larger down payment. It seemed like they just wouldn't be honest with us. For days we kept hearing they need to contact this person and that person and that they are not able to get a hold of anyone (that is unprofessional and inefficient business practice right there) and by the 3rd day told that we should have a positive answer and should be driving home in the new car. We drive 30 minutes in the heat with our kids to hear some good news and still no answer and asked us to wait another day! We wasted our time, our money, our gas, and put our kids through that for nothing! Then we go to tell them we are going elsewhere because we were tired of waiting and that they could stop trying to “work” on our information and we received the most unprofessional and discourteous service from the sales manager Leon Valdez! We were polite even though we were very VERY frustrated and instead of an apology or an “I understand your frustration…” He just argued and even when he spoke he has an impolite and negative tone and even rolled his eyes. He tried to blame us and gave us “reasons” why it was taking so long, even when we provided everything requested and then some. His “reasons” didn’t make sense. They contradicted everything they said before and I am familiar with how loans and cosigners work and what he was saying was false. I have worked in customer service for 10 years with places such as Marriott and The Ritz Carlton (the epitome of customer service) and that is not how you handle a potential customer or a human being in general! I will never recommend them, in fact I will be doing the opposite and telling people to go elsewhere like my father who is looking to get a new vehicle in a couple of months. I initially stated how great Chuck Patterson was but now I will let him know to go somewhere else and not waste his time or money. More

Don't trust Chuck Patterson Toyota Fell for the okey doke and bought a sealer called Cilajet for my 2017 Tacoma. If failed, leaving spots. Chuck P stepped up and tried to fix it. The sa Fell for the okey doke and bought a sealer called Cilajet for my 2017 Tacoma. If failed, leaving spots. Chuck P stepped up and tried to fix it. The same spots are there, albeit harder to notice. Chuck P circled the wagons and determined, without even seeing the truck again, that the Cilajet worked fine and the spots could be "rubbed" off, which isn't the case. Trying to get Toyota to do the right thing but whoo knows? Till then, take my advice and stay away from Chuck Patterson Toyota. You'll be glad you did. More
Steer clear of this dealership and service department!! I would LOVE to tell you why you should avoid this dealership!! Mainly the service department. After our last service, the air pressure light came on. The tires seemed to be fine, and the light would be off and on, so we thought maybe it was just temperature changes that were to blame. Eventually, it stayed on, and a few weeks ago we noticed the front passenger side tire was visibly going flat. We had since moved to Rocklin, so I took it to the Toyota dealership here, who discovered when filling the tire that this little pin that holds in the air was broken. They said that whomever filled the tire last broke it. Well, guess who filled the tire last....Chuck Patterson Toyota!! The dealership here said they could fix it, but if they broke the sensor in the process, it would be $300 to replace. I told them I was going to call Chuck Patterson, because no way should I have to pay for something that they broke. So they filled the tire, explained to me that the tire would just start slowly seeping air again, and the light would come back on soon. My husband called Chuck Patterson yesterday. They agreed to fix it.....for $250. Their reasoning? "Because it's been so long." Really? Because we are just barely to our next service date and haven't even reached the mileage yet. Not to mention that the light came on right after YOU serviced it and only YOU have touched that pin. The air was seeping slowly, so we assumed the light was a glitch, and we didn't even realize there was a problem until a few weeks ago. We took it in as soon as we realized it. Oh, and they also said "those can break at any time". Interesting, because the dealership here specifically told me that the last person who filled the tire broke it. We paid a lot of money for that warranty that requires us to come back to Toyota for all our service appointments. We should be able to have a reasonable expectation that one of your employees isn't going to break something that is going to cost us hundreds of dollars to fix. I understand that mistakes happen, but what matters to me is how you handle it. THAT is customer service. And your customer service sucks, quite frankly. My husband and I both drive Toyotas...in fact, my husband bought his Camry at your dealership. Since you refuse to fix this without charging us for YOUR mistake, believe me when I say that we will never buy another Toyota again, and definitely not from your dealership. Toyota isn't the only company out there that makes a safe and reliable vehicle. I would encourage anyone else out there in the market for a vehicle to steer clear of this dealership. They obviously do not adhere to the level of customer service that one would expect at Toyota. More
