But having dealt with that agency before I do not trust them and have found Chuck Patterson to be well organized, friendl my service done in Redding. They have modern facilities and are kept very clean. I have been going to this agency for over ten years and feel that they try to work with the customer instead of against, as was the case with the agency in Redding. Service manager Darren explained to me my options and convinced me to spend much more than I h[ad planned but somehow "sweet talked" me into more service without pressuring me. I made the decision to follow his advice. Darren was good enough to replace a brake pedal cover before any service was discussed or performed at no charge. I had been before with the rubber cover on the floor, hoping tube service guy would replace it but the did not happen. This time in I asked to have it put back on and Darren responded in a positive manner by doing it himself. Thank you. More
