I dealt with Randy Hudson - who was friendly and helpful from the get-go. I have had serious issues with Belk Toyota in Oxford, MS in the past and while I love the Toyota brand it colored my feelings toward from the get-go. The staff at Chuck Hutton Toyota that I worked with were wonderful! When I arrived I wasn't bombarded with salespeople, I was allowed to look around without being harassed. I recently bought a 2011 Toyota Tundra. The experience was outstanding. Randy went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and well informed about my purchase. I have dealt with many dealers, but I can say that I will buy from Randy again. He will not deceive or tell you things that you want to hear. He is straight and honest. The Tundra and dealership as a whole is also excellent. After years of driving a BMW, I have now become a truck person - Tundra in particular after test driving everything out there. I could not be happier with my purchase - the Tundra is amazing! Toyota and the dealership were very prompt in making sure that I was happy shortly after the purchase to give me some time alone with the vehicle. I was given several business cards and told to contact them directly if I ever have questions about the truck or service. The whole crew seemed very much likely a tightly knit family that would help and answer any questions you might have. Highly recommended dealer, but I would definitely ask for Randy Hudson in particular. More
