Chris Todd taught me and my father everything about the use and all features of my car patiently. He was very calm and professional in all aspect. I admire his vast knowledge in technology. It was a pleasure to have him explained everything we needed to know to use my toyota sienna. I sure would like his assistance again in the near future next time I have to buy a car. I will highly recommend your delearship to all my friends and family. I specially thanks to also one of the manager Yeoung Kim for his kind and patient ways in dealing with me who I beleive was able to give me a good deal according to my means and also Mr. Bernard who brought the car to my home. The reason that we give our experience an excellent rating is simple. Our salesperson, Jason Pryor, was friendly and very informative. He was never pressuring and easy to talk to. When I arrived on the dealership lot I was immediately greeted by Mr.Syed. He was very helpful but did not crowd me so that I could not shop with my mother. Made me feel really comfortable. When we were ready to ask questions, he answered each one to the best of his ability. Syed also was willing to teach me how to drive a manual on the car I was looking at. To me, that is going beyond the call of duty. I would recommend the Chuck Hutton Toyota team to anyone who is looking for great service with friendly and knowledgeable people. Everyone from my first encounter with Syed to the man (don't remember his name) who worked his miracle for me to the finance manager to the Scion Specialist were all the best. The team you have at this location is top notched. If I lived in Memphis this would be my place for everything. More
