When I was buying my first car everyone at Toyota was extremely helpful and friendly. My parents, who had went with me, were so impressed by Bill Webb that when they bought a car for themselves they insi extremely helpful and friendly. Anytime one of us goes in for an oil change he greets us by name and asks if we are enjoying our Toyotas. I have been very impressed with everyone at Toyota. They're all very personable and helpful. I've never left with any unanswered questions or had any problems, the customer service is amazing. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my experience with Toyota and will definitely be back in the future. More

Bill Webb was very easy and friendly to work with. Even after I had driven off the lot his customer service exceeded my expectations. Had difficulties setting up the satellite radio that came with my Scio after I had driven off the lot his customer service exceeded my expectations. Had difficulties setting up the satellite radio that came with my Scion, he was very patient with me and contacted the satellite radio people everyday until it was up and running. Very satisfied customer. Would recommend him, and Chuck Hutton to anyone! More

Bill was a straightforward salesperson. He listened to our needs and tried to recommend only the trucks that met those needs. He gave us a rock bottom price and stood behind it even though we waited for our needs and tried to recommend only the trucks that met those needs. We searched the internet to find the right car for the right price. We saw the offer on a certified car that was almost new.
