Most pleasant buying experience I ever had Went to dealership with definite idea of what I wanted. I have looked online, had set up time with a sales person that contacted by internet. Met Mr. Earl Gregory, went over what I wanted, He took Me out on lot, We selected 4 or 5 cars I was interested in, got the keys and We looked cars over. Unlike some other sales people I have dealt with in the past, He did not try to move Me into something else, etc. Took test drive, liked vehicle, and We got down to basics. Naturally, no major purchase is a one shot transaction, but CHT offered Their vehicle at a fair price, and with some minor adjustments, received fair price for My trade in. Very happy for final deal. Mitch and Earl were very professional, but also friendly, and never any pressure. Richard took Me through the paper work, and when took possession, Chris was great at explaining the features that were new since My last Sienna. First time ever bought car that did not feel like root canal. More
