Good at first, but poor follow-up I was originally pleased when I purchased my new 2015 Toyota from Chuck Hutton. The process was smooth, and I was able to speak my mind. However, three weeks after I bought the car (brand new), one of the hubcaps flew off. I called the dealership to ask for a replacement, and they said they would look for one and call me back. A week later, I hadn't heard from them, so I called again. They looked around and couldn't find one for me and said they cost $104 to order, and that I had probably hit a curb or had it stolen (this is a plastic hubcap), but that they would keep looking around the shop. I ended up just buying an authentic Toyota hubcap online for $25 - still probably more than the dealer would have paid through Toyota. So, all in all, the initial sale was not a bad experience, but poor follow-up treatment. More
