Planing to tell everyone about the wonderful service. Two month ago I was toying with buying a new car. I wanted another Highlander. I went to Wolfchase Toyota. I drove on the parking lot, parked, got out Two month ago I was toying with buying a new car. I wanted another Highlander. I went to Wolfchase Toyota. I drove on the parking lot, parked, got out the car, walked around, looked at the Highlanders, looked at some more cars, got back in my car and left. I walked around that lot by myself for 40 minute and was never approach by a sales person. I went Chuck Hutton drove on the parking lot and before I could get my car in park Napoleon Gillard was asking if he could help me. Napoleon showed me what they had on the lot and they did not have the model I wanted. He took inside told me to have a seat and he was going to find me car. He came with a picture of my car and in the color I wanted. I new I was going buy that car. You see this was the first time I got both the model and the color I wanted. I plan on telling everyone I know to buy from Chuck Hutton. Napoleon was great.I traded in VW Jetta. Before getting the Jetta I had always purchased a Toyota. I will not make that mistake again. While driving home after the purchase, my wif My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Venza XLE from Chuck Hutton Toyota in Memphis, Tennessee. While driving home after the purchase, my wife and I both agreed that this was the best auto purchasing experience that we have ever had. That is saying a lot since I’m 66 years old and have owned many vehicles. It’s difficult to point to one particular aspect that made this purchase so trouble free. The price was great, the sales person was super, the finance department was great. I’ve not had the chance to try out their service department but if it is like the other departments, I’m sure I’ll be happy there also. Should I ever need another vehicle, I’ll look at what Chuck Hutton has to offer first. With so many dealerships to choose from, they stand out. Sincerely, Ron & Regina More
