He pointed out the pros and cons of the various Sienna's we were looking at and was always attune to our needs. We purchased our first Toyota on Tuesday and would expect it may not be our last! The Camry is a wonderful vehicle and a life saver as I found out when I had to break at 70 mph when another vehicle attempted to run me off Interstate 65. Quick and easy Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Camry. I came in looking to trade in my truck for a Camry and it couldn't have been easier. We had to return our first truck (due to customer service issues). As soon as we pulled up, there was no hassle. Instead there was a very informative, knowledgeable, and nice young man, Austin. He wore a cowboy hat which brought him to our attention immediately. He greeted us and took his time to make sure our 2nd experience exceeded the first. The process of the purchase was easy and quick. We were in and out within an hour. The gentleman in finance was incredible. He was very explanatory and knowledge about the loan process. He made the options easy to understand and explained the difference so we could make an educational decision. They also had a playroom for the kids with a TV. The office and bathrooms were clean and up to date. More

Totally Dissatisfied Internet pricing was not accurate.Preliminary deal by phone on trade in and new car purchase was not honored upon arrival at dealership. Deception! Discussed trade an desired monthly payment and term. Advised sales of craigslist list site with all information regarding trade vehicle. Once sales person reviewed we were told that the desired monthly amount and terms desired would not be a problem once trade was appraised. High and low number of appraisal was discussed. Sales person said that it would be no problem. Discussed bringing trade by the next day to complete purchase. We called before taking trade vehicle 60 miles one way to make sure they felt good about agreed pricing and to insure we were not wasting our time. We were assured all was good. Upon much schedule juggling we arrived at dealership and were told deal was not possible and quoted a higher monthly price than the day before without trade. Internet pricing was totally inaccurate. They tried to push a lease that was not desired and discussed earlier. We had already completed the credit approval process and had been approved for A+ credit rating. We were totally lied to and feel scammed. Contacted sales manager and they offered no solution or even tried any form of customer satisfaction other than I am sorry. More
