I had an appointment last week at 9am, I was right on time and dropped my car. I was thinking someone was looking at my car until 10.30am when I followed up they said they are working on backlogs from previous day and still havent even had my car looked at. I just had to take back my car as I was running late. I scheduled another appointment and they did not honor it. I was checking their availability and they didnt even bother to return my call. All they say is that I have to drop my car and leave despite having an appointment. They absolutely have NO CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR TIME. YOU SIMPLY HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS TO EVEN HAVE YOUR CAR LOOKED AT, LET ALONE THE TIME IT TAKES TO REPAIR. I wouldnt recommend their services unless you can afford to spend hours waiting More

I was in the market for a new truck, and after doing my online"homework", called the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to see if they had the model equipped the way I wanted, asked for Sales when I called and Matt Jackson answered and boy am I glad he did. They had just what I was looking for, since it was nearing closing time on a holiday weekend we decided to defer till the next business day after we looked it over. The next business day, we went to the dealership and met with Matt. They gave me an awesome, no-haggle price on the truck, and gave me exactly what I wanted on my trade! Richard, the Finance Manager was fantastic in explaining and structuring the payment we wanted. Only one question, in my opinion, based on our experience, "Why would you buy anywhere else?" Was planning to buy somewhere else, ended up buying here My email follow up to our sales rep, Brice Bivens: "Hey Brice, I wanted to follow up with some feedback I never got around to telling you yester My email follow up to our sales rep, Brice Bivens: "Hey Brice, I wanted to follow up with some feedback I never got around to telling you yesterday. First, thanks for helping us and my mother with her purchase. She obviously doesn't buy cars frequently so it's always a big deal for her. When we first stopped by your lot, initially I felt guilty for taking your time. Our intention was to literally kick some tires, compare prices, and most likely head back to Wolfchase to purchase the one we looked at earlier. Our first visit there I was fully engaged in the sales process (as opposed to just discussing numbers), asked the girl a lot of questions, etc. We were a little frustrated when we first discussed the pricing...but I guess we assume that's just normal process. When you approached us, that's why I let mom do all the talking with you...because I was not trying to engage you or your time that much. I also tried to be a little upfront that we had already shopped around. But you were very thorough and did your thing even though we had already seen the same car elsewhere. But I think this is when you started to show your veteran experience. You started showing us features that hadn't been pointed out. Additionally, you knew we had been elsewhere but your kept your cool and just did your thing. Then when you asked if we were ready to discuss numbers I just let mom answer, and surprisingly she agreed to go inside. Again, I wasn't wanting to get this far since we were planning to purchase somewhere else. But you took each step of your process one step at a time and weren't pushy which I think that's what pulled mom in. Additionally you had the white color which mom had initially liked. Once we started talking prices it impressed us a lot that you went ahead and discounted the price. At Wolfchase I had to negotiate to get there and the poor girl had no clue what she was doing. You were ultimately able to match the same offer we walked away from with the addition of 4 wheel drive. Obviously mom couldn't make up her mind. For the next few days, what you didn't know is we talked quite a bit about the cars and which one she wanted. She kept looking to me to make her decision but I couldn't do that since it was her money. I presented arguments for each one but wanted her to make the final call. I had an opinion which I shared with her, so I don't know if that factored into her decision making...but you know consumer behavior many times has nothing to do with prices or the products themselves. People are funny. I told her I felt you deserved the business because we had a better experience and sales process with you. Could be conversation or a personality match...or the fact that you were so thorough in showing us the car and pointed out things that were most likely on the other one but we were never shown. You did all this knowing we had shopped elsewhere. In all honesty, we fully intended to walk away and buy at Wolfchase. As mom repeatedly asked me which one she should buy, I definitely pointed out these intangible things that I noticed. Then last night, I was talking with my best friend about the whole process and everything. I mentioned your name in the conversation and he was like is that Brice Bivens? He bought his 2008 Tundra from you at Wolfchase. He encountered a similar experience where he started initially at Performance and then saw you. Then you informed him he had been lied to at Performance about rebates. He wanted me to pass along a picture below (he washes and waxes it probably weekly that's why it looks brand new). Stephen Wilson is his name. We discussed too how noticeable the difference was between a locally owned dealership and the other ones. He actually takes his truck to Jackson, TN now for service. I shared that with mom and she agreed and further confirmed her confidence in her decision. Anywho, I wanted to pass that along since many times in sales you never get any sort of feedback on how you did or why someone made a decision they did. Enjoy your vacation and maybe we'll see you soon." More

Not so at Chuck Hutton Toyota! Cindy Long was very informative and helpful but not pushy. She was very confident and knowledgable about the quality of the Highlander and service options that Chuch Hutton offers. Her friendliness was a big factor in my choosing this dealership (I had visited several others). Cindy is truly an asset to Chuck Hutton Toyota. A refreshing experience! Thank you, Cindy! More
