Great salesperson and very knowledgable staff person!!! I wanted to make a public note on how professional, courteous, and willing you were with me finding the perfect car. I called maybe 20 dealerships acr I wanted to make a public note on how professional, courteous, and willing you were with me finding the perfect car. I called maybe 20 dealerships across America to find the exact car that I was looking for. I finally found one at your Toyota dealership in Memphis, TN. When I called I was promptly answered by a young gentlemen named Austin. I told him exactly what I wanted. He worked diligently on this for me, which he stayed late that afternoon to confirm all of the details. Later that evening he sent me the specific photos that I requested with a price on the black wrap. The next morning, he followed up with me and said the car was ready with all the specifics that I had requested. This includes removing the dealer sticker, place the new front plastic bracket in the trunk, armor all the tires and make sure its not on the rims, include the plastic mats, leaving the plastic on the entry doors, and assisting me in removing the components from my truck. The car was perfect upon my arrival, No haggling, just straight business. Finance was a breeze, and the delivery. I cant thank you enough for the 2018 Camry White XSE, V6, with red leather....... Best Buying Experience Ever Arrived Saturday, December 16, around lunchtime with my daughter and son-in-law (my car shopping support team!) My mechanic for years (Lucas Archer a Arrived Saturday, December 16, around lunchtime with my daughter and son-in-law (my car shopping support team!) My mechanic for years (Lucas Archer at Ron Archer's Automotive Repair, Memphis, TN) recommended your dealership and specifically recommended Earl Gregory. Luckily, Earl was the salesman "up" when we arrived. I knew exactly what I wanted since I had done my research on-line, and Earl took me right to the RAV4 LXE I had picked out. It didn't have leather seats which I wanted but he said they could take care of that, no problem. He answered all the questions my daughter had, which were a lot! I'm 70 and the only mother she has, so there were a lot of safety options she wanted to know about. Earl patiently and professionally answered every question she had and then some! Also, it didn't have a hydraulic life for the hatch (not sure that's what you call it) which was one thing my daughter was concerned about. While we were waiting to meet with Mr. Robinson, my family and Earl disappeared. They finally came back to his desk stating there were a few more questions my daughter had about the RAV4. I wanted to take a pic since I wasn't going to be able to take possession until the leather seats were installed this week. It had disappeared but Earl said they were cleaning it up then I could take a picture. When it was brought back around to the front, we went out to take a picture. It seems that there was another RAV4 on the lot with leather seats and the hydraulic lift just exactly like the one I had picked out! This is the one they brought up front for me! It took me a minute to realize what was going on, and that this RAV4 was not the same one! I thought they had just quickly switched out the seats. I think I was in a state of shock that they had pulled one over on me! I was able to drive it off the lot the same day. Earl is the absolutely best at going the extra mile. He is a terrific guy, and I am so glad that I got to work with such a caring person to help me purchase my first new car in 24 years! He made this buying experience great for me. Chris Todd, bless his heart, was showing me all the bells and whistles while I was still trying to let it sink it that I was actually taking it home that day! He too was very patient with me and my questions. They are a great team at Chuck Hutton Toyota and were all just wonderful to me. Thank you all for a great buying experience! More
