Our service experience was terrible. Took our truck in for a safety recall - initially had trouble getting a hold of them to schedule a time to bring it in. Once we had an appointment was told that it would be in and out same-day by 5pm. At 5:15, after hearing nothing all day, I called the location to find out they didn't even have the part in stock, was told it should be finished the next day by 5pm. Next day, 5pm rolls around and still no word, called in again around 5:30 to be told it was done. Communication was terrible on their end. When picking up the truck they gave my husband someone else's keys as well as his own. He realized after leaving that they gave him two sets so he had to go back to return them. Here's the biggest problem. We have 3 children all in car seats, and they UNHOOKED all of the car seats, I guess to vacuum the seat? I have no idea why. It wouldn't be an issue except that they DID NOT RE-INSTALL the seats and DIDN'T EVEN MENTION IT. When loading all the kids in the next day my 5 year old said "daddy my seat is loose." Thank goodness he didn't take only my 2 year old somewhere cause who knows what could have happened. More
