We apologize for the miscommunication. You can make appointments on our website but its usually several days out due to the heavy flow of customers. Thanks for the apology - I was not aware of your website appointments as I usually call your service rep and ask for the best time to show up. Regardless, bigger is not always better when the customer expects quality. My experience with your service department has not been good. The latest issue is finding an oil pan gasket leak on my 21 Ram truck with 13K miles on it. The gasket leak was over an extended period and was easily visible to anyone looking at the pan (with caked oil), like your service department that has changed my oil since buying the new truck at your dealership. In hindsight, it’s a shame that I felt it necessary to wash my truck and video its condition before visiting your dealership. After this latest incident, I do not plan to use my remaining free oil changes since I simply do not trust your technicians, or care to risk my truck getting damaged on your overcrowded lot.
