A few months ago the AC quit working in my Jeep. Upon getting my Jeep back, I discovered the volume knob wash partially stuck on the stereo and difficult to turn. I was told they would replace the panel and call me when it was in. I never heard back.. A few months later the AC quit working again. I took the Jeep back and they had my vehicle for over a week. When I got the Jeep back I found several of the interior trim panels were improperly aligned or not completeely snapped in place the climate control/ignition button panel would not snap completely in place. I found that they routed a cable improperly through the dash cutout for the start button preventing that part of the dash from snapping into place because there was not room for that cable. Fast forward to today where my jeep failed a state inspection because of a canbus issue causing communication issue with the state emissions machine. The dealer service dept is blaming the issue on accessories I have installed, that have been installed for 5 years and never caused an issue. The accessories in question were 2 baja design offroad lights that are correctly installed to the factory aux switches and a winch direct wired to the battery neither of which would interfere with the canbus.. Girl plugged into car and told us what was wrong, fuel pressure sensor. Was given an estimate later that day. Didn't get a call so we called on 7-15 and gal said the system said our vehicle hadn't been even worked on...said they would call us back. No call back...we called back on 7-17 and was then told the price was going to be $600 more then estimate! We said don't even touch it we were coming to pick it up. When we arrived to pickup we were then charged $175.95! For what?? It stated labor.... no work was done on the car.... If I could the rating would be 0. More
