I wanted to provide an update and thanks as of 8/18/2023. I personally wanted to thank Austin Cuevas, Service Advisor, for personally helping my wife and I with taking care of this situation. He was professional, attentive, and kind while working with us. The workmanship was quick and resourceful, as they had to locate a new part not in their inventory and install it. Thank you to everyone involved for their help and repairs. If I could update the star rating, I would give a much higher review after this was rectified. Thanks again everyone at Chrysler Jeep Dodge City of McKinney!
