Dodge City of McKinney was a good experience and provided good service. Austin was friendly honest and transparent. I was explained everything upfront and the cost was even better than expected. Bad experience. Dealership had my vehicle for 9 days for a 4.5 hour repair. Had the parts shipped from Lewisville 3 days after I dropped off vehicle. That is si Dealership had my vehicle for 9 days for a 4.5 hour repair. Had the parts shipped from Lewisville 3 days after I dropped off vehicle. That is simply unacceptable. Not only did I get charged 1500.00 for the job, I was also out of pocket for a rental car, which was another several hundred dollars. Communication was ok, but just a lot of excuses and non-answers. We have 3 Jeep and Dodge vehicles. After this experience, the chances of me bringing any of them to this dealership are very slim. Just being honest. Hope this helps with your operational issues. After a horrible experience at another dealership when I brought in my Jeep for leaks in the coolant system and one of the exhaust manifolds, I brought my Jeep to Dodge City to look at the persisting leak t brought in my Jeep for leaks in the coolant system and one of the exhaust manifolds, I brought my Jeep to Dodge City to look at the persisting leak that the other dealer didn't fix correctly. Not only did they do great job of correctly diagnosing the coolant issue as a bad radiator, they also identified a number of other leaks and issues that needed to be addressed the other dealership failed to even notice. They also found that my battery needed to be replaced (which I verified and took care of on my own). Chris Kite, my service advisor, was clear, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. My faith has been restored! More
