I just bought a Malibu from another dealer and had to bring it in to Friendly Chevrolet for service twice. I knew I would pay a little more because it was a dealer but I wanted it done right. I was quoted very straightforward prices for specific services and that is what was presented to me. I was very pleased with everything, and the Service Consultant was first class. I had all the lubricants changed in drive line as well as a seal replaced in the front differential. The prices all seemed fair for the work done, and the car was returned washed and vacuumed. More
My great friend and saleman Jerry Graham called me to test drive the 2010 Camaro. I bought several cars from Jerry when he worked at HIATTE PONTIAC. Jerry has always been a fair and caring person who wants his customer to be satisfied. He never lied about the car or played tricks with me to sell me the car. Honesty is Jerrys' middle name. An honest Joe is what I want when I go to the dealer. Jerry also is flexible to create a deal that is beneficial for the dealership and the customer. If the deal didn't work, he would tell me that I can try later. When I visited Jerry on Sunday last week, it was a joy to see that Jerry smile and sincerity. I called HIATTE my family and it felt good to be in a dealership where you feel like you are at home where when I buy a car, I will get a good product and don't feel like I've been ripped off. Jerry allowed me to get a real test drive of the car and I will get the car if my wife will let go of the money. I think my GTO is worth more as a trade in and the price of the CAMARO is too high. I like the cleanliness of the dealership and the condiments. I know 3 employees at the dealership from HIATTE and felt that a hand was being extended for me to buy a CAMARO and would be given a good deal. The most important thing for me is that I would buy a CAMARO is not a maintenance problem. I love the car, which I feel is a 9 out of 10 - the car hesitated badly when I gave it a large throttle. Maybe, I need to test drive it again to make sure it was not a mechanical problem(The car was automatic). More

Then we talked to Michael the IT guy with some suggestions we had about the web site. Mark did the finance paperwork and we were on our way. Good crew, Very helpful, very friendly and low pressure. Overall a good experience and I felt like it was a good deal for us. I would feel good about sending my freinds or family in to see these guys. I have a few more things to get done to my new vehicle so I'll let you know how that comes out in the "service after the sale" report. More

Upon review, the truck had very few of the features that I had told the original salesman were "Must Haves" I told the salesman that we were not taking that truck and left. It felt like ppl were more interested in selling me A truck, not the Right truck for me. After I had started the process to purchase the truck I ended up getting, it was discovered that Friendly Chevrolet had apparently already activated my GMS # from my father. Needless to say, I found this quite shocking. To activate it for a truck I hadn't been asked about was bad enough, but to not even tell me they had activated it? I find that to be very unprofessional. More

I was coming to lease a vehicle to be paid by the company I work for. After reviewing the finance options and credit review we thought it best to wait till the vehicle could be purchased for cash. I was allowed to drive the car for several days to make sure it was the vehicle for me and while we explored all possible options to finance the vehicle. Jerry presented several very good and viable options. Even though I chose not to make the purchase today. I will be coming back in the very near future to purchase a vehicle from Jerry and Friendly Chevrolet. I was referred to Friendly by my auto insurance agent, and I will be sure to do the same for my friends and family. Excellent price, sales service and overall experience.
