My overall experience with Friendly Chevrolet was a good one. Their customer service is the best I've ever had. They strive to make things go as smooth as possible and made me feel like I was truly taken ca one. Their customer service is the best I've ever had. They strive to make things go as smooth as possible and made me feel like I was truly taken care of. Any issues I had with my purchase was quickly remedied and left me feeling safe and secure. There is a good reason why they call themselves "Friendly" Chevrolet. I walked in and was immediately greeted and well taken care of. Steve helped me greatly in making my final decision. I had some trouble getting a loan for my truck, but Joe Dennis made sure that I was going to drive away in that truck not matter what. Its awesome to have somebody like Joe go to bat for you and hit a home run. Steve understood what kind of budget I had and did everything to get me into a truck I could afford. He showed me a truck that fit, not only my budget, but what I had in mind getting. Steve, Joe, and everyone in the service department, including a very helpful car washer, made my visit to Friendly Chevrolet the best encounter with a car dealership I've had. I have, and will continue, to refer anyone and everyone I know looking for a car or truck to Friendly Chevrolet. They are the best in Puyallup, hands down. I had an emergency repair to my gasoline line and the dealership was responsive giving me a one day turn around on the gas filter replacement and the installation of a bushing/hinge kit to the driver's d dealership was responsive giving me a one day turn around on the gas filter replacement and the installation of a bushing/hinge kit to the driver's door. Dawn was very helpful, courteous and very professional while assigning the service for my car and in her timely telephone follow up. I am unhappy with the Cherolet division of Geberal Motors however since this is the second time that I have needed to get the driver's door repaired due to the hinges not being strong enough for the weight load of the door. I complained about this at 75,000 miles and now I am complaining at 159,000 miles. I do not expect that Chevrolet will take any action to correct this issue since they gave me none at 75,000 miles. back in may I bought a brand new 09 silverado from this dealership, and while that experince was a good one had I known the level at which the service deparment prefroms there I would have gone else where. dealership, and while that experince was a good one had I known the level at which the service deparment prefroms there I would have gone else where. After my experince with that deparment I would almost just buy a diffrent brand of truck. My truck with just 6ooo miles on it wouldnt start on my way to work one day so I had it towed to the service center at Friendly and there origanl dignositc was that the fuel sensor was bad, six days later when that part came in and didnt fix the problem they decided that now after six days it was time to actully look at the truck rather than just hook a computer up and call it good. Upon them actully doing work they found out that someone had put sugar in my gas tank! Now after my truck being there for 15 days its done and I go pick it up. On my way home I stop to put gas in the gas tank and now I have a whole new problem! Before my truck was towed there I had no problem putting gas in it hince the full tank they had to drain, now out of the blue it takes me ten mins to put a whole dollar and thirteen cents in my gas tank and that was with me standing there fighting the pump to work. Thinking that this could just be a problem with the gas pump I try anthor gas station and have the same problem. Today the day after I get my truck back after it being there for 15 days Im right back at the service deparment asking questions. they take a look at it and all they can say is that I need an upgraded fuel nozzel? I ask why is that and get no answer! Its funny to me that it took gas just fine before and now 15 days later it needs an upgraded part.. So they send me on my way with a truck under every warranty there is as well as an inabilty to put gas in it with out every offering a rental since the part they say is the problem wont be in till the middle of next week! GREAT SERVICE RIGHT! I call around and no one else can even look at it because after describing the problem and situation to them they are under the inpression that when they put the new parts for the fuel system in they messed something up and would have to be the ones to fix it! AT the end of the day the customer service was horrible the worst experince of my life. It took six days to find out what was wrong with my truck than after 15 days I get it back just to have a whole new problem, and when I bring it back to address that problem I get told something that makes no sense and no one can seem to explain than sent out the door with ehough gas to get home told ill get a call next week when the part is in! I wounldnt recomment this dealership most of all this service deparment to anyone! Its caused me nothing but headaches and running back in forth! More

Jerry invited us to test-drive a HHR after we've mentioned that we were thinking of upgrading our car. After driving around the block, it wasn't evident that our experience with the HHR was a "love mentioned that we were thinking of upgrading our car. After driving around the block, it wasn't evident that our experience with the HHR was a "love at first sight" experience. So Jerry made arrangements for us to keep the car overnight so we could drive it some more. That is "commitment" to making sure your client is satisfied with his purchase! This "overnight" test-drive experience made us realize that, in fact, we need an even bigger rig than an HHR. As soon as our budget allows, we will come back to Friendly Chevrolet AND Jerry Graham to take a closer look at the Equinox. What a great and professional salesperson Jerry is! Never pushy. Always "friendly"! He is always ready to do the little "extra mile" things for his customers! My wife was telling Jerry, as he was handing our Saturn's keys back, that we only had one set of keys and had been told by a Saturn Rep that a replacement key was very expensive. In a quick impulse, gone was Jerry to the service department with our Keys to get an estimate as he didn't think our key contained a micro-chip! And right he was! A replacement key is only a few dollars! Now, that is going the extra mile :) More
