My experience with Friendly Chevrolet was AMAZING!! Michael Cady was very informative when I contacted the dealership and when I came down he hooked me up with their great sales staff. Customer service by salesman Ken Brett was top notch. He was friendly, personable, and did his best to please me as the customer. Other staff were also personable and friendly, which made overall experience was friendly, personable, and did his best to please me as the customer. Finance pushed too hard for extra warranty, so I would suggest easing up on the customer when they have had to say several times through the process that they don't want extra coverages. That made me mark more "good" scores than "great", but not for salesman Ken Brett-he was A plus & I would highly recommend him to others. More

When he could not locate a vehicle for a dealer trade, Ken did not try to pressure me into something I didn't really want. Due to chevrolet factory management problems Friendly was unable to place a factory order for a new Silverado 1500 WT. This was not the fault of the dealership. Ken and the staff at friendly were very courteous and treated me with respect. I was very impressed with the Ken's professionalism and conduct when he apologized for not being able to provide me with a new truck I will not hesitate to return to Friendly, even though I did not purchase they offered me the opportunity to join Friendly's preferred owner program and welcomed me to come back for my service needs.
