I called all over town and could not find the right part for my truck. So I tried my local Chevrolet Dealer for some help and hopefully some guidance as well. Upon a surprsingly short conversation, she knew exactly what I was talking about and what I was looking for. No long stories trying to describe what part I was looking for or where it's located in my truck like the other parts stores I had talked to. The part was also in stock, and could pick it up immediately. Being that my partking brake wouldn't work without this part, I needed this right away since I park on an incline. Very impressed with the customer service at Friendly Chevrolet Parts department and very happy they had what I needed in stock. More

We are extremely satisfied with our experience! Eric Uebelacker was our dealer that we dealt with and we did not feal like we had to wade through the xx! We had already gone to another dealer earlier that day and we had more cliches thrown at us and when I had said that we wanted a day to sleep on it the guy sicked his boss on me. Experience or not, dont make me feel defensive about my motives especially when we specifically stated that we only had $2000 at the most to put down and he came back with a down payment of 3500 plus our tradein which they would only give us $100 for and the monthly payment was still going to be higher than we wanted to be paying and then they tried to tell us that they would throw in a warrantee to sweeten the deal but the warrantee was actually make the price even higher! With Eric, there were NO cliches and wonderfully enough not too much noise! He was just very upfront and also when we had told him about our previous experience he didnt say anything negative about them and still remained VERY kind and professional! Yes I would definately send anyone back to Friendly Chevrolet in Puyallup and tell them to specifically ask for Eric Uebelacker!
