My husband and I had a wonderful purchasing experience with the staff at Friendly Chevrolet. First, I was able to browse their inventory AND chat to an associate (Brett) in regards to the vehicles we wer with the staff at Friendly Chevrolet. Keep in mind, we live in Ketchikan, AK, and we were purchasing from a distance, trusting their opinions entirely. Brett hooked us up with Michael, who was there to answer all of our questions accurately and in a timely manner(many, MANY emails exchanged), and eventually we were handed to Joe (finance) who finished up all our paperwork, FedEx overnighted to us and everything. Sara helped us with title and registration for the state of Alaska, AND, they shipped the vehicle to us. We just picked it up on Monday, and we LOVE the Chevy Equinox. I couldn't be a happier car-buyer. The reason for our purchase was to accommodate our soon-to-be-here baby girl, and this was the perfect family vehicle for us. Thank you Friendly Chevrolet! Competent/Professional/HONEST - Friendly Chevy has a track record of taking "service" care of my 2004 Tahoe. I purchased a GMPP Extended Protection Plan,(didn't buy the car or Plan from Friendly,) which track record of taking "service" care of my 2004 Tahoe. I purchased a GMPP Extended Protection Plan,(didn't buy the car or Plan from Friendly,) which Friendly has always done the footwork to find out if something, other than maintenance, was covered for the repair.(It has ALWAYS been,"...Let ME find that out for you!..." & NOT,"Why don't YOU find that out!#%?...and," get back with us later!#%?...:) I have come to trust their answers to the questions. It hasn't always been covered,(which did not surprise me,)BUT surprisingly,(with relief,)has been "yes," unexpentently other times.I have had Extended Pro. Plans in the past,needed & had work done,was told the work wasn't covered, called & found out it was,& then,had to work through the emotions of that(you could say more of theirs,than mine).
