We bought our Used Impala several years ago. The buying process was a bit annoying, but once we got things straightened out..we were happy. We've been happy with the Impala. I placed my name on the waiting list for a 2010 Camaro via Michael. Unfortunately, I had to drop off the list before I could order my car. We talked to Mr. Rector the night before we bought the new truck. He had to work SeaFair the next day and he referred us to Mr. Graham. They both were spot on with everything. Jerry took care of everything: set us up for our first oil change, appointment for the Dupont treatment. Introduced us to the Service personnel, parts personnel, went over everything on the truck, answered all questions, made sure the truck had a full tank of gas, and that it was washed/dried and ready to go. We had our picture taken with Jerry. Friendly Chevrolet is truly that, no pressure and I forgot the Finance person, Joe Dennis. He found us a low interest rate, covered the options and available warranty options. I will refer Friendly Chevrolet to all of my friends and anybody I know that is looking for a vehicle. I will recommend both Dan and Jerry. Other salespersons talk to us, and congratulated us on our new vehicle so if Dan and Jerry are not available, I feel that whomever they get to help will meet the standards set by Dan and Jerry.
