In addition, the sale was low pressure and time was given to understand "our" requirements for the car. I will be purchasing another used car in the near future - and this will be a dealership and a sales person that I will look up. More

My Husband and I are giving Ken this great rating because he "Listens" to the needs and or wants and our budget price. He matched us to a car we never even thought of! Of coure we only knew of the size "purpose" we were looking for, sort of, he found us a car that had more benefits to it then we were even expecting! We are very happy with the car he matched us with as well as 2 of our 4 daughters who enjoy driving it as much as we parents do! Thanks Ken for showing us a car that best suits us and our needs. Ken and Jim were awesome to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. We were approved for a payment too high but took it to get our credit back in good standing. Lo and behold, Jim called us three days knowledgeable. We were approved for a payment too high but took it to get our credit back in good standing. Lo and behold, Jim called us three days later to let us know he was approved with another bank for about 60 dollars less a month! This is above and beyond since we had left happy already to just have a vehicle. We will come back to Friendly and recommend them to anyone. More

I never feel good buying a used car, most dealerships make you feel like a little used to be honest. When I walked into this dealership not planning on buying a car I felt really comfortable and througho make you feel like a little used to be honest. Steve Hazelett was friendly and had a great sense of humor (a must when dealing with me). They took care of a couple minor things in the service department and even there they were friendly. When an issue come up on a repair Dean (sales manager) told me not to worry about anything they would get everything perfect for me and they did. Will I come back? Every time I need a car I will and have already told friends and family to head there when they need a new or used car. They will be taken care of and I wont be worried that I refered them. They all welcomed myself and my husband and did what they could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. In the end we left very satisfied in our new 2006 GMC Denali!
