Where do I start??? I had a HORRIBLE experience with another dealership. I thought I was getting a SUPER offer, but it just didn't feel right, so I decided to let someone else check it out. From the minute I walked in with a concerned look of worry, I was taken care of by Steve and Eric. After hearing my story and taking the time to review the paperwork I had already signed on Trailblazer, I found out I was completley lied to in almost every aspect by the other company. After getting "out" of that situation, I went right back to Steve and Eric. They immediatley began working with me to find what I needed. Steve punched up on his coputer my needs, and immediatley said "I've got the perfect car for you". It was a beautiful Denali, and Exactly what I was looking for. FIRST TRY - Great job! That night I brought my boyfreind back to take a look, and we both knew it would be just right. I began working with the "other " Steve (Steve2 - Transportation Consultant) - is that his REAL title? :) Anyway, he helped me that night and I met both Steve1 and Steve 2 this morning to wrap up the deal. Steve 1 knew where I wanted to keep my payments and kept trying until he made it happen. Just as Steve 2 was wrapping things up with me, Mr. Eric was back. This truley was a great team effort from some very freindly guys. They turned a VERY bad experience from another dealership into a GREAT one with Puyallup Chevrolet..... I even got a Mexican lunch! These guys made buying my first brand new car, easy and was an awsome experience. It was quick and painless, and they even took care of turning in my rental car for me so I wouldn't have to drive back and was an awsome experience. The service was good, and I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day when purchased the vehicle. They had all the paperwork ready and I just had to wait for them to finish another transaction. Overall experiance was good. I recieved a good value on my trade in. The only complaint that I had with the service was that there was a defect to the interior door panel (cost of panel was $50 for me to f my trade in. The only complaint that I had with the service was that there was a defect to the interior door panel (cost of panel was $50 for me to fix myself) on the drivers side that I believed should have been fixed before the vehicle was sold. I was also disappointed that after the vehicle was delivered to me and I was driving it home, I noticed the gas tank was almost empty. A dealer should give the customer a full tank of gas when the vehicle is purchased. Other then those two things I would defanantly recommend this dealer to a perspective customer. The sales persons made every attempt to accomidate me and there was no sales pressure and I felt that I could walk away anytime I wanted with no pressure to buy. The process for signing all of the paperwork was also done very fast. More
Jasen was attentive, friendly and helpfull. We had to bring the Suburban back for more work but he got us in as soon as we could make it work. Friendly and Enterprize got us a vehicle rental for $9.98 and Jasen worked with our extended warrenty company to help pay for as much as possible. Jasen allowed my wife to pick the car up before I was able to come in and pay the bill. This allowed my wife to have her car back sooner and me to come in the next day, after coming off of a 48 hour shift with the fire department to settle the bill. We will use Friendly Chev. again. Contrary to where I had my cars serviced before, the people at Friendly Chevrolet go far out of thier way to be effeciant, fast, informitive, honest, and as thier name emplies, friendly. They make me feel like pardners in keeping both my vehicles in top condition. More

I have bought 2 car from Friendly Chevrolet. Brandon in Service is awesome. He always goes way out of his way to make things perfect. I called early in the day and had an appointment a couple of hours later. I was welcomed by brandon and he got everything going right away. I was very hesitant to purchase my car two years ago at a dealership, but I am so glad that I did at this location in puyallup!
