I started my car search a couple months ago and was never satisfied with what I was finding and who I was working with. Running around from dealership to dealership, car sales man to car sales man, and neve satisfied with what I was finding and who I was working with. A Chevrolet was not the kind of car I was looking for, but was told they could still help me find what I wanted. So for my last quest to find a car I figured I would give them a try. I started working with Dean Reilly and he was extremely helpful at finding exactly the car I wanted. Chevrolet of Puyallup had the best customer service in terms of making sure I was 100% satisfied and always keeping me involved and informed through the whole process. After all of the doubt and frustration of trying to find the car I wanted, Chevrolet of Puyallup was finally the pleasant experience I was looking for. The price of the car I was given was better than any other dealership in the area, considering the details of the car. I was offered a newer car with less mileage than the cars offered at other dealerships. Every person I came in contact with at the Chevrolet of Puyallup office while finishing the car deal was very helpful and made the process easy and quick, as well as adding humor into the paper signing. So they said I could do the paper work to hold it for me and make up my mind when delivered if I still wanted it in that color.i would recommend this dealership.Very helpful and friendly. More

In comparison with other dealers I have worked with, I was not impressed. They could not perform the service in one visit. They broke the seat while repairing it. While most of the people I've dealt with have been very nice, I've been getting the run around for almost 10 months and it seems clear that they don't care about resolving the problem. The car business is questionable to say the least. I went out of my way to shop at this dealer based on reviews from sites like this one. I will not do business with this dealer again and would NOT recommend. More
