My experience with Chevrolet of Puyallup was great. Steve Hazlett was our salesman and he did a great job in understanding what we needed. Even though this is a Chevrolet dealership we walked out with a Suba Hazlett was our salesman and he did a great job in understanding what we needed. Even though this is a Chevrolet dealership we walked out with a Subaru because that was what we were looking for. This dealership goes out of its way to meet the customers' needs. Overall experience we (husband and I) rated a 4 out of 5 because there were some small cosmetic issues with the vehicle that we purchased that were not addressed. I will recommend doing a walkthrough of the vehicle to make sure there are no dings or scratches, if so I'm sure the auto dealer would fix it. I failed to do that and because I didn't notice a 1/4 in rust spot on the hood of the vehicle at the time of purchase, the dealership would not fix it. It is understandable that the dealership would not fix things after the vehicle has been sold because it could have happened after you purchased the vehicle. I still enjoyed my experience with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone who asks. More
