Phil was very knowledgeable about the differences between the different types available (LS, 1LT, LTZ..). Phil was very freidnly, no pressure or hard sale tactics (unlike some dealers I have visited). When I decided to go ahead and move on a particular vehicle Dean came and showed me the vehicle info and we confirmed a price. Dean brought us several examples of different rates (the range within I could expect to fall given my credit) and explained the particulars of auto financing. It was very informative. Based on our discussion we decided to querry several specific financers for rate bids. Michelle was very helpful in leading me through filling out paper work. She provided good explanations of each item, answered questions and didn't use any "scare tactics" to try to sell any dealer added services.
