Oh my goodness! I was in an auto accident and did not expect to be buying a new car. The minute I met Stacy (sales) he was so laid back and not pressuring me at all. I had my concerns about visiting this dealership, i didn't read any reviews and from what sunset Chevrolet told me this dealership was suppose to be very rude. The first thing that really showed they cared was when i called and asked for more pictures with in 2 hours i received a video of the truck and a walk through description. The next thing that really impressed me was the fact that the sales manager personally showed me the truck and was super friendly and upbeat. We visited Puyallup Chevrolet to look at a truck from their website. We are a four hour drive from Puyallup, so we set up an appointment to see the truck. During the test drive we found that the driver's side mirror was not adjusting via the control button inside the truck. Eric was quick to get the truck into the shop to get the mirror fixed. We decided to discuss purchasing the truck and worked with both Eric and Dean. It didn't take very long before we were able to agree on a price. The whole process was painless. More
