I waited several months since my purchase to rate this dealer. My goal was to see how things went after the sale. I have found both the sales and service departments to be friendly and helpful. There were many contacts with the dealership after my purchase to make sure things were going well. Each commitment from the dealership was followed up on and I have been very satisfied with my purchase. My sales person Tucker did not push us via "the hard sell" to make a purchase, which I find a plus for any dealership. I honestly get the impression that the dealership would like to have us as long term customers and are not in it for the short term. I purchased a a GM Certified vehicle. I did have to remind the service department twice that I was priomised a certain level of free service, which I was told came with a GM Certified vehicle. This is the only minor ding I would give the dealership andI would use their service department again. More

From the moment I first contacted the dealership until the time I drove off the lot with my new GMC Terrain, I felt cared for. They took the time to explain everything to us and pointed us in the direction we wanted to go...purchasing the vehicle of OUR choice. I appreciate them and will do business with them again. After the power went out at work, I drove down to Chev of Puyallup to test drive a Volt which I have been hearing good things about. I was so impressed with this new futuristic electric car. The sales person came out, Dan, and explained a few items about the car. He was very knowledgeable about the Volt and showed me some the best features - one of which is that it can go 35 miles without gas. Then at night it can be recharged and you get another 35 miles. Well, this fits my situation perfectly since my commute during the day never exceeds 35 miles...and if it does it can be charged at work while I am in the office. Dan was very accommodating and gave me the flexibility of driving it for a while with my wife and daughter. There was no doubt that I wanted this car...but the price was a little too much. The dealership gave me the preferred pricing (credit union member), which beats Costco's pricing - by enough to keep my business at Chev of Puyallup. They broke it down as a monthly payment with my trade-in and it was still too rich for my blood. Well, a day or so went by then Dan and I talked; we came up with a Lease option. After reviewing my situation of driving less than 12,000 miles per year, the trade in (which would cover the down payment on the lease) and the incentives Chevy had on the vehicle (security deposit waived and first month included) - it was a no-brainer. Dan and I talked that Sunday night and Monday morning he broke it all down for me - easy for me to understand. Working as an Engineer for a profession - I am a clearly a numbers guy. WIth my low monthly lease payment and never (90% of the time) having to pay for gas again, the car will only cost me $50 a month to drive over my previous car. I have owned BMW's, Jaguars, etc and I have never owned/leased a car this fun to drive with this low of a payment. Usually I get a buyers remorse after I buy a new car, but not this one because of the benefit of never having to fill up with gas. I am so into the car that I read the entire manual and researched how the electric motor works - I am amazed at what has been accomplished by GM. Now I know why it was the 2011 Motor Trend Car of the Year! More
After dealing with Saturn of Puyallup since 1995, I was disappointed when the dealership closed. I was quite happy that Chevrolet took over the Saturn service and I'm still able to deal with Ken and Louan disappointed when the dealership closed. I was quite happy that Chevrolet took over the Saturn service and I'm still able to deal with Ken and Louanne from Saturn. This service department goes above and beyond - I have inconvenient work hours and it's usually not possible to wait for my car during service visits. The dealership has always provided me a loan car, even paying for a rental vehicle when their own loan cars were not available. On the one occasion that I did wait for my car, I enjoyed the very comfortable waiting area, with complimentary coffee and juice, comfortable recliners and wi fi. The only reason I gave a lower score for quality is that twice now they have neglected to vacuum the car. But overall these guys are an awesome group! And ps - Randy Shields in sales is wonderful! More

Looking for a special vehicle is a very time consuming, stressful and often difficult undertaking. Most dealerships just don’t have the staff with a grasp of the vehicle, performance capabilities, options stressful and often difficult undertaking. Most dealerships just don’t have the staff with a grasp of the vehicle, performance capabilities, options and longevity selling these cars to customers. This is the third Corvette I’ve purchased in the past 10 years. Two from Friendly and this one from Chevrolet of Puyallup. The last two were sold to me by Dan Rector. I have been impressed with Dan’s customer service, professionalism with the sales process and knowledge of Corvettes. Dan’s methods sell cars, makes buyers happy, satisfied with the deal and proud of the vehicle. This keeps us coming back. Historically your shop has not carried a great selection of corvettes and I was looking elsewhere. I came to your shop because of Dan Rector. I have a great deal of faith in Dan to put me in the right car at the right price. Your receptionist and finance people, that I had contact with, were outstanding, helpful and knowledgeable with excellent customer relation skills. More

From the beginning our buying experience was absolutely wonderful. A feeling of trust and knowledge was there. Dean knew what we wanted and when the right car was there he called us we went in. I drove away in my 2011 Chev Cruze and was proud, and Dean backed up everything he said and simply put it was done deal.
